for duty as Mr Pope wrote that he was afarid
your injury would prove a permanant one."
Did you never get those letter I wrote you
soon after you were wounded, asking you to come
up to the parsonage? Of course I was delighted
to hear of Mr Popes' safety I only hope his good
fortune will follow him the rest of his campaign
