Dear Elizabeth,"
I am sending in this letter your uncle's photograph and Mrs. Brown's letter as you 
may like to keep it. First intimation that the history has been written but, evidently, not in 
its final shape as she speaks of it as "the first draft.)
Thinking maybe, you might like the clipping about Old Wahalak, I enclose it, too."
It is my impression that Old Wahalak is where Capt. Jeremiah Sanders (of the portrait) is 
buried, also Dr. and Mrs. Jere Sanders, Mrs. Dabbs' sister, and other members of the 
Sanders family. The Fields bury there, too. It is now only a cemetery in a field bought 
by Mr. C.S. Field, a few years ago, from a Mr. Jones, I think. I think Capt. Jeremiah 
Sanders lived there. He died in 1840 and this old negro was too young to remember the 
name, Sanders. Not given in the list,should you ever see any of the Fields, and of 
sufficient interest to you, they could tell you more about it."
