Dear Sister
I rec�d your letter yesterday also one from Mother and one from Mrs. Leland. we are all well. I heard from Cornelia last week she thinks Fred will come down this way to look about. Also one from Emmie she will return with me next summer. Did I ever ask you if Mother got that picture of Pet that I left at the daguerreotypists? I have been so troubled about it for fear it would be lost I intend to have a handsome one taken from it next summer. I send a list which I would like to have William fill for me if he can. I was looking over a catalogue of B.K. Bliss of 1860 and has the prices attached now I did not know that most of the plants mentioned on my card were produced from the seed but the catalogue ought to be correct at any rate spend the money if you cannot get there get any thing you think pretty. I do not think advisable to get cuttings or roots as transportation is so uncertain here. they
