Lyman rec�d your portal last night and enjoyed it very much. you say �we got home from [illegible word] who is included in the �We� were you speaking editorially and are you as one of the firm or did Wm go also? please be a little more explicit remembering you are writing to a genuine Yankee who has her amount of curiosity. Tom is dressed and waiting for church he is reading the Independent & I after doing my hair up in corners am also waiting for the church bell. It is a good thing for me that Sunday comes as often as one day in seven or I should )
