The H&S accountants who
completed the CPA examination
in November 1971 were the
third largest group in our Firm's
history to pass this milestone in
their professional careers. Six
offices presenting more than
one candidate distinguished
themselves with a pass record
of seventy per cent or higher of
all parts attempted. These
offices were Colorado Springs,
Denver, Milwaukee, Portland,
Saint Louis and Washington.
In competition for the Elijah
Watt Sells Award, Kenneth L.
Aulen of Cincinnati won
honorable mention from the
AICPA. Richard G. Schulte,
also of the Cincinnati office,
scored the highest examination
grades in Kentucky, and Philip
N. Lewis of the Birmingham
office had the highest grades
| in Alabama.
